Hi.
I have an old Casio DBX-110, and it has the following problem: when i snap the back panel on, it does not sit flush with the watch case, there’s about 1mm gap between them. I can press it down, but the springs in the module push it back out. I checked the module, it sits properly in the case.
I also have a DB-500 with the same problem.
Any ideas, suggestions about what’s the cause of this, and how could I fix it? I thought about putting small pieces of double-sided tape around the edges of the back panel, but I’m not sure how permanent that would be…
(The photo in the attachment is not mine, but it looks about the same. The only difference being that mine has the gap on all sides, not just the bottom, like on this photo.)
Thanks for any help.
