Rebranded version of the Casiotron S-12 with Casio movement. Strap is original to the watch. The model number "40 634" is from the back of the watch where Tissot usually place their model numbers. I have seen photos of two other examples of the same watch with exactly the same number here - so indicating that it is the model number and not a serial number.
