Strap is original to the watch. The 2040 movement is a Tissot branded version of the Swiss ESA 9315 and is the same one as used in the Tissot 95005 watch. (The slightly later Tissot 95010 uses a different module (smaller numbers and untextured mirror) and glass with a similar case and the same strap as this watch).
