A big, chunky, stainless steel, MBO model 0703 alarm LCD watch from 1978 using the ESA 934.912 musical alarm module- this module is also found in quite a few other top end digital marques such as Certina, Longines, Tissot and Wittnauer. This is one of the very high quality MBO watches and has a Swiss case, which measures about 40mm high by 34mm across and 12mm deep, stainless bracelet with MBO embossed logo on clasp and that ESA Swiss module (in other words, it's a proper Swiss LCD digital watch made for a German Company). The watch shows hours, minutes, seconds and date on the main 7 1/2 digit main display in 12 hour format (main photo). The alarm display shows hours & minutes and shifts the position of the hour display to indicate am/pm alarm- in the photo showing just two sets of digits the hour display is displaced down which indicates pm alarm. The alarm itself is a 3 tone, 5 note strike, and loud!- has selftest available on alarm button.
