1976 Hughes Aircraft LCD watch. These were only available to Hughes employee's and/or given out as promo's to prospective watch companies.They produced these in limited quantities for about 1 year and quickly discontinued as the LCD market was highly competitive. The module can be found in some early Timex watches and a few others. Hughes went on for a couple more years making led modules before the profit margin was too small for a US company to continue production.
