This watch is recognized as the most advanced Scientific Calculator watch of all times. It has all the functions of every other Scientific calculator watches available during its time. It has the bracket keys "[" and "]" which allows users to key in and cascade their calculation. The calculation can be nested to a maximum of 4 levels deep. In the "C2" (engineering mode), it also features boolean and base N + logic calculations. These 2 features are valued by digital design engineers and system engineers in their area of work. The only 2 area that it is lacking as compared to perhaps the only other comparable Scientific calculator; (The Citizen scientific calculator watch) is the lack of a statistical function. Its keyboard is also susceptible to damage after prolonged use. As such, it is not as ruggard as a day to day use Scientific calculator watch. Collectors of this watch typically keep doubles of this watch. One for use and another pristine example for collection purpose. Others would be on a constant lookout for a chassis with new keyboard for module transplant if the existing keypad should fail. Although more of these watches have surfaced in "NOS" and "NIB" condition lately, they are still greatly valued and considered rare. A record price of the metal version, (white keypad CFX-400) was ever sold for USD$1920.
