change the time on Seiko A827-6000

I have just put a new battery in my old Seiko A827 Yacht Timer which has been in the bottom drawer for years.

Now I have no idea how to change the time.

Does anyone know how to do this or have a user manual they could share?

Isnt it the top left button to start the time setting mode?
