Hi folks,
this is my first post here, normaly I’m more active on a German forum.

For sentimental reasons currently I’m on a mission to buy some of my early watches back. Unfortunatly I have no clear memory about these watches anymore.
All I have are some old fading pictures where I tried to point the watch out.

So here is the canditate - the pictures are from the year 1983, so the watch can’t be younger.
It is a silver colored LCD watch, presumably a casio - please see the attached pictures.

I would be very thankful if someone could give me any hints about this specific model.

Thank you
Klaus

Hi and welcome. I cant say specifically. Originally I thought it was Shivas 7 melody model made in Hong Kong, but the strap looks to be better quality. I think I have seen Meister Anker with this body shape. My thoughts are just on bady shape as I dont really recognize the fascia panel.

Is this the right sort of shape?

Just by chance I stumbled on this Vega on Ebay. I hadnt seen the shape before but its very similar.

Yours also has a band I would normally see on a Citizen.

There is also this in the shop. Possibly the correct shape. Anyway its a start for you to find the correct watch.

Hello Adam,

thank you for your help!
Yes - the Meister Anker and the citizen both matches pretty well.
But the closest match I think I found here:
Piratron Alarm Chronograph
I will look further.

Thanks Klaus
