I just came across one of those old beginning of the 1970s digitals, with a red window and red display numbers that light up when you push a button.  It doesn’t work, and I really doubt it’s worth repairing, even if that were possible, but I am curios about it.  Does anyone know anything about a brand called Litronix?

Hi Terry the watch is an LED not LCD.  I have a couple of Litronix in my collection I think the were quite early, unfortunately none of mine work either, I dont have a huge knowledge of LEDs. Your best bet to find out more about your model and to see whether it can be fixed is ask on the excellent DWF.nu forum as their knowledge of LEDs is amazing.

regards

Adam
