Hey guys. Its been a while. With a 7 month old baby at home watches have taken a back seat. grin

Anyway, my wife asked me to scour eBay for some treasures to sell since we just bought a summer vacation with 2/3rds of our tax return. I have to say, I have missed doing this but it is a lot of work. This week I found the following: See if you can spot them.

Seiko 0531-5019

Casio W-24 Marlin

Nelsonic PacMan

Fingers crossed that they work. Stay tuned in the next week or two for their re-visit to the wonderful world of eBay.

So, what was your best find on eBay?

Mine would be a cross between the $1.25 Seiko A828 that I sold for $585.00 or the Gold Casio W-750G Marlin that I recently sold for $600.

I remember the A828, cracking find. Mine is the Tissot TSX9 F1 boxed bought on ebay for a 50 buy it now. Stumbled across it as it was listed really badly. Pulled the trigger immediately. I have a replacement module for it, that orange just glows soo brightly.

Adam, nice watch. I think I would have had a hard time giving that one up. I love Tissot and hope to own one some day.

I often regret selling my A828 as I am starting to gain an attraction to certain Seikos including that one. I hope I can discipline myself to sell my new Seiko.  grin

I have quite a collection of A8 series now, I just love them, though again they are not to everybodies taste. I have a near mint olive green A828, problem with them though they are not that hard wearing because of the paint. I almost tempted to strip and polish one just so I can have one to wear. Your going to love your 0532.

The W-24 cleaned up quite nicely. Check it out.

Is that a new crystal or where you lucky? Condition looks excellent.

Adam,

I got lucky on the crystal, case, and case back. It does have some marks but very faint. Where I got unlucky was the bleeding lcd. Luckily I had an extra 248 lcd but I am now out of good 248 parts. Can you believe that?
