I downloaded this PDF manual on 4-November-2012 and have lost the original password.  Current Library Password won’t allow access.  Is there a way I can find the password for accessing the PDF??

Hello Adam.
That is what I had in my notes, but when Nitro Pro 9 tried to open the PDF after entering the PW, the PW gets rejected.

It would be easy to download it again, if it was still in the library.

Roger try downloading again. I just went through the process from the site and it worked correctly. Make sure you dont have caps lock on as its case sensitive

Aha!

Your idea about controlling the letter’s case was the solution.

I’ve now added that requirement to the my reference notes.
