Citizen Alarm Chrono DO - 5110 Manual

Hello, I recently purchased my mint NOS Citizen DO - 5110. All is well except for the fact that I am perplexed on how to set the time. Does anyone have a link to a manual,
or would be able to tell me how to set it up? The module is square with the four buttons.

I can always spend a few more hours trying to get it but I thought I’d check here first ;0)

I cant help with the manual. You’ll need to find out what calibre it is. A photo of the back might help. I know its a DQ not DO by looking at the net. Three photos would be nice when you have time and if you find it the manual so I can add them to the library. Im pretty sure changing the time will have something to do with the top left button thats less proud than all the others.
